Privacy notice

When you book a call, request an estimate or use Ask Momentum, we collect what you type: your name, brokerage, work email, phone if given, role, brokerage size, meeting preferences, any note, and your chat messages. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any borrower's personal information.

Only to answer you, schedule and prepare for the call, and improve our answers.

Chat messages are sent to an AI provider to generate replies. Don't include personal or borrower information in the chat.

We don't sell this information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Requests are kept up to 180 days, then deleted automatically.

Data in client products is covered by each client's agreement with Momentum, not by this notice.
